Emoluments :
Scale of pay during training : Rs. 12,600-32,500/- (min. gross Rs.19,000/-). On successful completion of training of one year, will be placed in the scale of Rs. 16,400-40,500/-
Bond : Selected candidates in the post of Management Trainee will be required to execute a Bond for Rs.50,000/- in favour of MSTC Ltd. to serve the Company for a period of at least 5 years.
Selection Process : For Management Trainees, selection will be based on Written Test, Group Task/Discussion and Interview.Application Fee :Demand Draft of Rs.250/- drawn in favour of MSTC Ltd, payable at Kolkata.No other mode of remittance will be accepted. SC/ST & PH candidates need not send any Demand Draft.
